I also offer you the latest Cognitive Behavioral tools for change.  There are several kinds of Cognitive Behavior Therapy including standard, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy( ACT),  and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).   I have training and experience in all of them.  No other private practitioner in the area offers Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.   ACT is a powerful tool which helps people focus on changing behavior now,  rather than waiting to feel better.  If you have been to therapy before,  and understand how your mind works,  but still can’t change your life,  ACT may offer real help.
